Elisabet Stienstra made this series of bronze statues.  I want you to note their size. See that apartment building?  See that little bitty guy on a bicycle in the bottom right corner?  These are HUGE bronze statues! Called the Floating Virgins of Apeldoorn, they are located in a public park in the Netherlands.  The sculptures are anatomically accurate- making it intentionally awkward if you come at it from the angle where you see up the skirt.
